VP7 is a business-to-business software-as-a-service (SaaS) retention marketing platform for ecommerce merchants — email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, loyalty programs, automation flows, shipment tracking and store integrations. It is a recurring subscription service delivered electronically; there are no physical goods.
Subscriptions are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD) on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices displayed in EUR or USD are indicative conversions for convenience; the amount charged is in AUD. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Eway; VP7 does not store your full card details.
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing [email protected] or calling 0480 049 832. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops all future charges. You keep access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, or charged after cancelling, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a statutory guarantee applies and our service fails to meet it, you may be entitled to a remedy — including, for a major failure, a refund or cancellation — as provided by that law.
